The Stony Mill Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a vital component of our school community. We are parents, just like you, who work closely with the faculty and administration to enhance the educational experience for all students. 

The Stony Mill Elementary School PTO plays a crucial role in enriching our school community. Our primary goal is to raise funds and organize events that support the school's programs and initiatives.  Traditionally, PTOs focus on raising funds for essential school supplies and equipment, but our efforts extend far beyond the classroom.

In addition to supporting educational materials, the PTO:

• Organizes Field Trips: We coordinate and fund memorable field trips that provide valuable real-world learning experiences for our students.

• Supports Enrichment Programs: We sponsor various programs that enhance students' educational experiences, from arts and sciences to technology and beyond.

• Celebrates Teacher Appreciation: We show our gratitude to our dedicated teachers through thoughtful gifts and special luncheons, acknowledging their hard work and commitment.

• Builds Community: We create a sense of belonging among school families by organizing fun family events, school performances, and community gatherings.

Our goal is to make Stony Mill Elementary a vibrant, supportive environment where students, teachers, and families feel connected and valued.  We invite all parents, grandparents, guardians, teachers, staff and community members to get involved, whether by volunteering, participating in events, or attending PTO meetings. Your support helps make Stony Mill Elementary a vibrant and engaging place for our children to learn and grow.
